



Every week, the 401kExchange Call Center schedules hundreds of plan review appointments for our network of professional retirement advisors. This powerful and customized cold-calling service sets appointments that are exclusive to each advisor. We take care of the legwork and logistics of targeting, setting, and confirming qualified meetings with sponsors, so advisors can focus on sales meeting preparation and closing the deal.
Prior to the appointment, advisors will receive key information on the sponsor's current plan including plan assets, eligible employees, plan administrator, and fund manager. Advisors will also know the specific objectives for each meeting including areas of possible concern, dissatisfaction, opportunity, and/or willingness to change providers. Prospects are interviewed by our survey staff to confirm that they qualify as an Exclusive Prospect Pipeline Appointment Lead.
