The employer is typically who is responsible for adopting the plan and sponsoring it for the employees’ benefit.
Portfolio
A mutual fund company’s combined holdings of stocks, bonds, or other securities and assets, or an individual’s holdings of the same.
Prospectus
Investors must be presented with this description of a mutual fund investment, and should explain the overall investment goals, what the fund manager will do to meet those goals, all management fees charged to investors, the investment’s historical returns, and future projections.
